The 30 ml bottle is small enough to keep on my nightstand, and two sprays before my morning affirmations has become a little ritual I actually look forward to. The scent is soft and soothing without being overpowering.

The 30 ml bottle is the perfect size to toss in my bag, and I've started spritzing it before I say my morning affirmations. The scent is soothing without being heavy, and it's become a small ritual I actually look forward to.

I keep this on my nightstand and spritz it on before I say my morning affirmations, and the soothing scent has genuinely become part of the routine. It's subtle enough that it doesn't overwhelm the room first thing.
